eSchoolPlus Home Access Center

District 204 uses an online system, eSchoolPlus Home Access, to provide a wealth of information for parents about their students.


The eSchoolPlus Family App is now available for download. Much of the information available in the Home Access Center is available through the App.

The App is free and available in the App Store (Apple), Google Play Store (Android), and Amazon App Store (Kindle Fire).

~How do I log in?

To access the eSchoolPlus Home Access Center, go to https://hacipe.sungardk12saas.com/HomeAccess. See the help file(s) above.

You can also view your phone number and email address for important school-to-home communication on the “Registration” page.

  • Take a moment the first time you log in to click the "Registration" page and verify that your contact information is correct.
  • You can view your email address and phone numbers by clicking the "Edit Information" link at the bottom of the "Registration" page.
  • Guardians can edit their email address if it is incorrect.
  • Additional email addresses and phone numbers can be corrected by contacting your school and asking them to update the information.

  

~How do I get a username and password?

Each guardian has his or her own username and password. If you have never logged into the Home Access Center, follow these directions to setup your username and password. Otherwise contact the main office of your school for assistance.

~How does my child access eSchoolPlus?

At this time only High School and Middle School students can login to eSchoolPlus Home Access. If your child has never logged into Home Access Center, they can follow these directions to setup a username and password. Otherwise, have them contact their teacher or main office for assistance.

~What browsers are compatible with Home Access?

    • Internet Explorer 9, 10, or 11 (not in compatibility view)
    • Firefox - current release plus 4 prior versions
    • Safari 5.1.7
    • Chrome - current release plus 4 prior versions 

~How do I get help to reset my password?

Users can reset their password on the login page. Click the "Forgot My Username or Password" link. You will receive an email at the email address on file.

~What should I do if I see that my contact information is wrong?

The guardian's email address can be edited directly on the "Registration" page. You can view your email address and phone numbers by clicking the "Edit Information" link at the bottom of the "Registration" page. The guardian can edit his or her email address if it is incorrect. Additional email addresses, phone numbers, or the home address can be corrected by contacting your school and asking them to update the information.

If you have multiple students in the district and do not see them all in the My Students section, please notify your student’s school.

~What if I'm having trouble accessing the system?

If you have need username or password, please contact your student’s school. If you have any other issues with the system, contact the help desk for assistance Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 4:30 pm at 630-375-3978 or eSchoolPlus-help@ipsd.org.

~How do I figure out the grade-letter equivalent for a percentage earned in the eSchoolPlus classwork section?

The following scale shows how classwork percentages convert to letter grades:

  • A = 92 - 100%
  • A- = 90 – 91%
  • B+= 88 – 89%
  • B = 82 – 87%
  • B- = 80 – 81%
  • C+= 78 – 79%
  • C = 72 – 77%
  • C- = 70 – 71%
  • D+= 68 – 69%
  • D = 62 – 67%
  • D- = 60 – 61%
  • F = 0 – 59%

~Gradebook Items of Note

  1. Assignments that have not been graded/entered by the teacher will show as a blank entry.
  2. An assignment grade does not count in the overall course average until the due date of the assignment.
