High School Athletics Registration
Athletic registration forms are sent home in advance
with the school registration materials in order to allow
parents/athletes more time at home to read through the forms and fill
them out with accurate information. HOWEVER, you still need to attend
the athletic registration dates to pick up schedules, double check
physical dates, *pay fees, pick up additional tryout information and
turn in completed forms for final clearance to attend tryouts/practices.
PLEASE DO NOT send these forms in with school registration or drop off
at the main or athletic office.
Athletes must register on the dates
specified. See your respective school for actual dates and times. All
paperwork must be completely filled out and you must have a current
physical. Physicals need to be on file with the school nurse or turned
in at registration before attending the first practice/tryouts.
Physicals are good for one year from the date of the exam and must not
expire within the season.
Plan ahead in making your exam appointments, as athletes will NOT be
allowed to tryout/practice without a current physical on file. NO
EXCEPTIONS!
*Please Note: Fees ($50 per sport with a maximum of $100 per student for
the school year) will be paid in advance at registration for non-cut
sports ie: cross country, football, swimming, track, & wrestling.
Tryout sports (i.e., volleyball, golf, tennis, soccer, bowling, basketball,
gymnastics, badminton, baseball, water polo and softball) will pay after
tryouts, before the first practice. Participation fees must be paid in
advance of any competition.
