Erin's Law Parent Info Night: 1/9/20 @ Georgetown

Reported by on 12/6/19

Dear Parents,

In response to concerns regarding child safety and vulnerability to sexual abuse, the State of Illinois requires schools to provide instruction in personal safety and awareness of safe/unsafe situations. This law is known as Erin's law. In each grade level, the program will discuss abuse prevention at an age appropriate level for our students.

Our schools are committed to the safety and well-being of our students and that is why we feel that providing this program is so important.
