The NVHS Guidance Department would like to thank you for your partnership and share some important information with you as we complete the 2019-20 school year and prepare for 2020-21.
Summer Guidance Department Availability
School counselor’s last day for this school year was June 2nd. They are expected to return in August at which time they will be available for questions and registration. For counselor assignment and contact information, please click here.
Report Cards - Transcripts
Report cards and transcripts will be available beginning June 8th in the new student information system. All final grades were to be entered by May 29 as the district is moving student data to the new system beginning May 30 and concluding June 7. Information about the new student information system, accessing report cards and parent logins will be provided via email by the district.
Class of 2020: Final Transcripts
Congratulations to our graduates! Senior transcripts will be viewable in the new student information system beginning June 8th however, your account will only be accessible for a limited time. Final transcripts were sent to the school designated in Parchment on June 1st. To request a transcript you can access Parchment by clicking on any of the following links:

For the class of 2021 and 2022, students are encouraged to access SchooLinks to begin their research on careers and colleges for senior college applications. Every student has an account and can access SchooLinks by signing into their SSO and searching SchooLinks.
Class of 2021: College Application Processing and Transcripts
After June 8th, please review your transcript in the new student information system. If there are any errors or questions, email your school counselor for further action. The Class House of 2021 will accept college applications and transcript requests beginning in September for college acceptance in Fall 2021. According to the National Association of College Admissions Counseling (NACAC), colleges and universities are discouraged from beginning the application process prior to September 1st each year. Neuqua Valley High School follows the recommendations of this national organization. Please understand we are not staffed to process applications during the summer months. Detailed information about the college application process will be available for students and parents at Senior College Information Night Tuesday, August 25th.
Class Schedules for 2020-21
The window to request course changes for next year closed May 22nd. The Guidance Department will be working to prepare final schedules for the 2020-21 school year. Look for an announcement in mid-August about obtaining your finalized schedule.
Registration for 2020-21
All student registrations for the 2020-21 school year will be processed online. Parents can complete their child’s registration for next year starting June 8.
