SCULLEN PTSA ANNOUNCEMENTS

September Meeting

The 1st Scullen PTSA membership meeting will take place on Thursday, September 24 at 6pm. All current PTSA members will receive the Zoom link via email. During the meeting, we will vote on the 2020-21 budget as well as approve the meeting minutes from the last PTSA meeting in April. Both items will be available to view approximately a week before the meeting on the PTSA tab on the Scullen website. We will also hear a school report from one of our the administrators. A full list of the 2020-21 Scullen PTSA meeting dates is also available on the PTSA tab on the Scullen website.

Membership

Your membership will help us continue our support of Scullen Middle School, its students, staff, and parents. With remote learning in effect, we are taking our show virtually with Zoom meetings, virtual clubs, photo contests and much more. We appreciate everyone's support & involvement and hope we can count on your membership!

Virtual Bingo

We are currently looking for 3-6 volunteers (1-2 per grade) to coordinate Virtual Bingo for our Scullen students. It's an exciting game we can offer, but we need your help to get it up and running. If interested, please send an email to: scullenptsa@gmail.com.

Spiritwear

Spiritwear orders are currently being processed. When they are ready for pickup in a few weeks, we will post information on when/where to pick up your orders.

Photos of the Month Contest

Thank you to everyone who posted 1st Day of School pictures on the Scullen Parents FB page! It was great to see all the smiling faces. Due to the overwhelming, positive response, we will continue to hold a monthly picture contest on the Scullen Parents FB page. Each month will have a theme and prizes awarded to randomly selected photos. If you are not already on our FB page (Scullen Parents), please join and stay tuned for each month's contest details.

Virtual Ideas

If you have ideas and/or are willing to organize virtual activities, please send an email to: scullenptsa@gmail.com. We are open to new and exciting adventures to keep our Scullen Sharks engaged and active within our community.

Indian Prairie Project Arrow (IPPA) PTA
