StudentVUE/ParentVUE Connectivity and Fixes

Technology Services received feedback from District families, as well as our staff about slowness and connectivity issues to StudentVUE/ParentVUE on Monday, September 28, 2020. We had several meetings this morning and afternoon with Edupoint administration and key team members to identify the root cause of the issue and to fix the issue.
From these discussions, tonight Edupoint is increasing the resources available to support our environment successfully. For students that were experiencing issues seeing their classes on their home page, this was directly related to limited resources available. Again, Edupoint is resolving this issue tonight by adding additional resources.
