PTA Fall Fundraiser

The NEW PTA Fall Fundraiser kicks off this Wednesday, October 7th! We had feedback that families would like to see some new products, so we are offering quality, eco-friendly products from Boon Supply this year, along with magazine subscriptions from American Publishers Magazine. Last year, with the help of our awesome parents and staff, the fall fundraiser helped raise over $5,000 for Spring Brook PTA, which helps pay for many resources utilized by Spring Brook teachers and students. We are counting on this fundraiser since we are very limited in events this year, and we hope to exceed last year's sales so that the PTA can continue to support our staff and students! This fundraiser will be completely online this year, so no catalogs, no items to pick up at school, and no money or checks to collect. This will be an easy way to support our school and allow family members, friends, or co-workers to do the same while getting some trendy, environmentally friendly products in return!

What you can do to support your student with this fundraiser:

- Keep an eye out for our kick off email this Wednesday, October 7th, and use the link to register your student(s). Details and links will be included in the email.

-Send your link to family members, friends, co-workers, etc and shop!

If you have any questions or suggestions, please email Tiffany Malik (

Reflections Arts Program 2020-2021

What is the Reflections Program?

Reflections is the National PTA's Arts Program that inspires children to get creative! Students are invited to create works of art in any of the six different art categories and Special Artists category. Every year Reflections Arts Program has a unique theme.

What is this year’s theme?

This year’s theme, “I matter because…”, calls for your own unique interpretation through the arts. Reflect on the theme, let your imagination fly and create an original work through one or more art categories.

What are the categories?

The art categories are:

1. Dance Choreography
2. Film Production
3. Literature
4. Music Composition
5. Photography
6. Visual Arts
7. Special Artists (see website for more details)

Who can participate?

Students of all grades (from KG to Grade 5) and all abilities may participate. Each student can create one project in each of the art categories.

What happens to the project submissions?

From the local PTA, projects advance by means of a judging system through the Council, District, Region, State and National levels of the program. The students get recognized at various levels. Every participating student will get a certificate.

What is the next step?

If interested, please register and submit your work at the link given below by October 29. All registration forms and entries will be submitted electronically this year. Please remember to save your actual artwork after you have submitted.

What is the deadline to submit the project?

Thursday, October 29, 2020.

How much does it cost to participate?

This program organized by PTA is completely free like many other programs. We do encourage you to become a PTA member to support such programs.
