Curbside Book Pick Up: Temporarily Canceled
Curbside LMC Book Pick Up will be temporarily paused. We will not be offering book pick up this week. Students may continue to place holds and those materials will be available for pick up once the program resumes. We will keep you posted.
Reading materials are available to all students through Destiny eBooks, Scholastic Literacy Pro, and Tumblebooks. Nonfiction reading materials are also available through our databases PebbleGo, PebbleGoNext, Worldbook, and more.
Family Tradition Storytime: Tonight!
Tuesday, November 17th is Family Traditions Storytime. To keep Graham LMC traditions alive, build a sense of community, and show that reading is for learning and recreation, we invite you to create a special event in your home.
Set aside some time to read or share as a family, for whatever length that makes sense. It may be about a family tradition that you celebrate, a tradition you want to learn more about, or a family story that is treasured. You may add items that represent your tradition, such as, clothing, photos, or food.
You may read books of your choice, tell a favorite family story, and/or enjoy the prerecorded stories read by the Graham Staff.
There are no rules. It is a great chance for the students, families, and staff to reinforce the importance of recreational reading and family traditions.
Snap a picture of your student enjoying Family Traditions Storytime and share with Mrs. Shiles @ firstname.lastname@example.org Your photo may make it into the morning announcements!
We hope this will be a fun and connecting experience for all!
