Inspire all students to achieve their greatest potential
Parent University: Navigating Stress in Stressful Times
Reported by 204-enews@ipsd.org on 1/7/21
The COVID-19 pandemic has created stress for many of our District 204 students and families. Whether your child has experienced challenges in remote learning, has a family member experiencing health issues, or a parent who has lost their job, students are feeling stress as a result of a variety of circumstances.
Parents are invited to the upcoming “Parent University: Navigating Stress in Stressful Times” at 7 pm on Wednesday, January 20. This event will be streamed live on the district’s YouTube channel and include a panel discussion with mental health experts focused on providing resources for parents to help support their children during this time. Parents can submit questions to be addressed during the webinar here.
