United through Stories…What’s Yours?
This year, Naperville Reads will be celebrating stories of diversity with the theme, “United through Stories…What’s Yours?” 14 Author and illustrators will be visiting schools in Districts 203 and 204 to share their stories. May Watts is thrilled to welcome authors Kathryn Otoshi, Sally Walker, and illustrator E.B. Lewis will be speaking to our 1st and 2nd graders on Wednesday Dec. 7th. Books by these individuals are represented in our district curriculum, as well in the list of nominees for Illinois’ Monarch Award.

All 14 authors will be featured at an evening event at Wentz Hall on the campus of North Central College at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, Dec. 7th. Admission is free!

If you would like to purchase a signed book by any of the authors, please send in the order form by Tuesday, Dec. 6th. Books from our 3 authors will be personalized. Any books from the other authors will just be signed. You also have the option of getting them personalized at the evening event.
