Reported by email@example.com on 3/11/17
Dear Brooks Families,
It’s hard to believe 3rd quarter comes to a close at the end of this week! Report cards will be available for our families to view on Thursday, March 23 after 4:00. If you have misplaced your Home Access log in information, please contact the school office before March 23. We can be reached at 630-375-3000
Family Book Fair Night
During the week of March 13-17, Brooks will host its Spring Book Fair. Students will have the opportunity to preview books and shop during the school day. In addition, we welcome our families to join us for Family Book Fair Night on Thursday, March 16 from 6:00-8:00 pm. Proceeds from the book fair go right back into our LMC fund. Book, web and technology resources are purchased with these funds. Thank you in advance for your support!
Kindergarten Preview Night
If you have a child who will be five (5) years old on or before September 1, 2017, he or she is eligible to enroll in kindergarten for the 2017-18 school year. Please join us for Kindergarten Parent Preview Night on Wednesday, March 22 at 6:00 pm. This evening will provide basic information on the registration process, curriculum and “life in the day” of a kindergartner. Please click on the link below for a pre-registration form.
Spring Break is the week of March 27-31. However, we have already been notified that some students will be leaving early or extending their break. If your child will not be in attendance before or after spring break, please contact the attendance line in advance of your child’s absence. 630-375-3000

PARCC Testing - grades 3-5
As March approaches, this is an important reminder that students in Grades 3-5 will take PARCC testing, as per the schedule below (please note the minor adjustment to previous schedule). Because the state provides us a testing window, it is important for us to adhere to our schedule. Therefore, we kindly ask you to consider these dates when scheduling vacations or appointments. Thank you, in advance, for your cooperation.
