Mind & Body Club Starts April 11

MIND & BODY CLUB
If you are interested in starting a new workout routine or getting in shape for summer, then you might want to join the Mind & Body Club. The club will be starting on April 11, 2017, which is shortly after spring break. This club, which is geared towards building good habits both academically and physically, will meet on Tuesdays. The first portion of the time is directed towards homework completion / study skills and the second portion is spent working out with access to weights, circuit training, yoga, punching bags, and cardio equipment. If you are interested, pick up a permission slip outside the guidance office.
