Dear Graham Families,
On behalf of the Graham Staff and students I would like to thank all the parent volunteers for their time and work on behalf of our students. You are appreciated! We could not do it without you. ——
Verification and registration for next year has already begun. What is the difference between verification and registration, and why are we changing to walk-in registration? Verification is an online process used to verify that all your information is current and up to date. Registration is the actual process of enrolling your child (ren) in school for the upcoming year. Walk-in registration will give us a clearer picture of the next school year earlier to better address staffing and resource needs. The dates for walk-in registration are May 4th, 10 -12PM, 1 – 3PM and May 11th, 4 – 6PM.
Packets were sent home Monday, April 22nd for returning students. Kindergarten packets are handled separately and contain the information pertinent to new student enrollment. Enclosed in the packet will be the information you will need to bring with you for registration. If you have a returning student, please complete the verification online and the forms included in the packet before arriving and the process will move very quickly for you. In addition, please be prepared to pay school fees with a check, cash or money order for the exact amount. You may pay online using MyPaymentsPlus, https://www.mypaymentsplus.com, if you prefer to use your credit card.

Run the Naperville Kids Marathon with Team IPEF
Registration now open
Registration is now open for the Naperville Kids Marathon. This fitness program offers a unique chance to encourage students to make healthy choices, learn about goal setting and see how much fun running can be. Students commit to running 25 miles (one mile at a time) between May 1 and October 20 and track their miles. On October 21 they run the final 1.2 miles at Naperville North High School and receive a Naperville Kids Marathon finisher medal and shirt. Students can participate as part of Team IPEF and be a charity runner for their school. Participants receive a special Team IPEF shirt at the beginning of the 2017-18 school year and will be encouraged to wear it each Friday leading up to race day. Cost is $44 per child and includes race registration and a $26 tax deductible donation to the Indian Prairie Educational Foundation. Students must be 5-13 years old by October 21 to register.

Reminders and Requests:
• We utilize the Raptor System to sign volunteers and other visitors into our building. Please remember to bring in your driver’s license, as you will be asked for it, if you are accessing the building where students are located. Thank you for your continued understanding and support of this safety measure.
• If you have garments that you are able to donate, we are in need of gently used elastic waist pants for boys and girls in the nurse’s office.
• When calling in your child’s attendance or late arrival, please call the absent line 630-428-6900, option 3.
• Please remember to include your child’s name and classroom teacher on a sticky note, when dropping off a forgotten item or bringing in lunch.
• Please note the last day of school, June 2nd is a full day of classes for elementary students.
