Hello Spring Brook Parents –

Plunge into Fitness

This year, we had 252 students participate in the Plunge into Fitness initiative. Students will be receiving their ticket vouchers this week. You will need to take the vouchers (do not need the Fitness Log) to guest services for redemption upon arrival to the park. The voucher is good for a free weekday admission pass (Monday through Friday, not valid on holidays) until August 11.

We actively participated in discussion on grit versus resilience, learned about grit research and took a self-grit assessment. Meeting presentation and grit assessment can be found HERE.
