Promotional Ceremony General Reminders

Parents that wish to take a younger Hill sibling to the assembly must sign them out in the Main office prior to the assembly. Parents are responsible for checking these students back into school if they are continuing with their school day.
Only legal guardians may sign their child out after the assembly.
Flowers, gifts, or balloons will not be permitted at the assembly as they can interfere with the spectator viewing. Please leave them in your vehicles.
Please be on time or early to your assembly (no more than 20 minutes prior to the assembly start time). Late arrivals to the assembly will be ushered into the assembly at a time that is least disruptive to the audience.

Assemblies will be held in the upper gym and will last approximately one hour. Please dress for the weather— it can get warm in the upper gym. There is no specific dress code for students during the assembly. However, boys typically wear dress slacks, dress shirts or polo type shirts. Girls typically wear dresses, skirts and blouses or slacks. Clothing should not be revealing or distracting and should adhere to our current dress code practices.
Below are the assembly times for June 2nd:
Team 8-0
Promotion Assembly will be held at 8:30 am. Please line up at Door #4.
At 8:20 am parents will be ushered up to the upper gym.
The assembly will end at 9:15. To prevent traffic congestion we encourage all parents to have their vehicles removed from the parking lot by 9:40.



Team 8-3
Promotion Assembly will be held at 10:15 am. Please line up at Door #4.
At 10:05 am parents will be ushered up to the upper gym.
The assembly will end at 11:00. To prevent traffic congestion we encourage all parents to have their vehicles removed from the parking lot by 11:25.



Team 8-1
Promotion Assembly will be held at 12:00 pm. Please line up at Door #4.
At 11:50 am parents will be ushered up to the upper gym.
The assembly will end at 12:45. To prevent traffic congestion we encourage all parents to have their vehicles removed from the parking lot by 1:10.



After each assembly, students will exit first and be led to the field house by a teacher. A parent may sign out their student for the day if they wish. Parents/guardians may only take their child, you may not check out friends or a student that is not your child.
