HURRICANE HARVEY RELIEF HELP

Reported by julia_alsirt@ipsd.org on 9/7/17

Our school in cooperation with the City of Aurora and the City of Houston are collecting school supplies to assist the children of Houston. Many people forget that school is starting for all students in the City of Houston on September 11th. One of the biggest struggles from Hurricane Harvey is that students will not have the necessary school supplies. We are collecting various school supplies (listed below) to assist students and teachers as they bring some normalcy to their lives. This is a great opportunity to show some Grizzly pride and help others.
Collections can be dropped off during school hours in the main entryway. The collection runs from September 11th through the 22nd. For more information or for other ways to assist, please see the Houston Independent School District website: http://www.houstonisd.org/harvey
