Getting your forms in will ensure that you get access to the Directory Spot App for our 2017-2018 online directory. ONLY PTA members will get access to this after the 6th. Charleston Wraps Fundraiser - Going on Now!
The PTA Fall Fundraiser is under way! This fundraiser is a catalog fundraiser through the company Charleston Wraps. Charleston Wraps offers very unique & fun holiday wrapping paper, kitchen items and other products for the home. Last year the Charleston Wraps fundraiser raised $4,300 for the Spring Brook PTA which helps pay for things like field trips, ice cream social and art awareness. We hope to exceed last year sales which were $11,000. Our sales as of Thursday, October 28th were $1,500.

Each student should have received a Charleston Wraps fundraising packet. Additional order forms and packets are available in the front office.
The packet includes:
- Two Charleston Wrap catalogs
- A four part order form
- A welcome letter that details how the fundraiser works

What you can do to participate
- First, read the welcome letter included in the Charleston Wrap packet your student brought home
- Register your student online at http://www.charlestonwrap.com using our School ID z-11280
- Obtain your student's Charleston Wraps student ID upon registration
- Share the Charleston Wrap link with others via the Charleston Wrap site
- Share the Charleston Wrap link along with your student ID on Facebook
- Submit orders on 10/6 or sooner, products will be received by Thanksgiving
- Make all checks payable to: Spring Brook PTA

Online ordering is available and will help insure orders are processed as quickly as possible. Please note that when you or your family and friends order online you can either choose to have their products shipped to their house (free shipping on orders over $85) or they can have their products delivered to the school for $4.50. More information will come after October 16th regarding product pick up for those items that were not shipped directly to someone's home.

Families with more than one child can either register each child separately using a unique student code for each kid and each child will receive individual prizes according to their individual sales or you can use one student code for the whole family so they combine sales (and therefore prizes) to reach higher prize levels. Please note by combining the prizes you will only receive one prize at each level not one prize per level per kid.
The Charleston Wraps may be going to your junk mail account and the junk mail account of those you have emailed from the student section of the Charleston Wraps website.

Please read the welcome letter closely. If you have any questions after reading the letter please email lindseyzucker@hotmail.com. Thank you in advance for your support.

Box Tops for Education Collection

The PTA will be collecting Box Tops for Education again this year to benefit Spring Brook. A collection sheet was sent home with your student last week, please send them in when they are complete.

What is the Box Tops Program?

The General Mills Box Tops program is a free way to earn money for Spring Brook Elementary. Here’s how it works:

BUY – Purchase products with the Box Tops logo which can be found on hundreds of items
CLIP – Clip the Box Top from each package
SEND – Send the Box Tops to school with your child on a collection sheet or in a Ziploc bag or envelope
EARN – Each unexpired, valid Box Tops official coupon is worth 10¢ for Spring Brook Elementary
This is an easy way for our community to raise funds for enhancements such as technology and library items. We will be collecting all year, so feel free to send in at your convenience. Be sure to ask other family members to collect them as well!!

FALL CONTEST: Every completed collection sheet returned to school in September or October with a student name on it will be entered into a prize raffle. The fall prize will be a $10 TCBY gift card and will be awarded to three students in November. The more sheets submitted, the more chances your child has to win. Be sure your child’s NAME is on the collection sheet. Only entries received on collection sheets are eligible for prizes.
For further questions or prize donations, please contact Amy Sullivan at dockwa@yahoo.com.
