Scheduling Parent Teacher Conferences

Hello, White Tiger Families! As you know, District 204 is using PowerPTC (https://www.powerptc.net/powerptc/), a new online service that allows parents at all grade levels to easily schedule parent-teacher conferences this year.

In order to use the service, parents will need to create a PowerPTC account using an activation code that was emailed to parents on October 10 (please look for an email from PowerPTC). The email includes instructions to easily set up an account. For more information on using the system to schedule a conference, visit PowerPTC tutorial (https://goo.gl/gJm1WP).

Once your account is set up, you will be able to schedule your conferences— please note that the window closes on NOVEMBER 2nd at 5:00 PM.

Parent-teacher conferences are November 9 and 13.
