Dear Graham Families,
On behalf of the Graham Staff and students I would like to thank all the parent volunteers for their time and work on behalf of our students. You are appreciated! We could not do it without you.
Verification and registration for next year has already begun. What is the difference between verification and registration?
Verification is an online process used to verify that all your information is current and up to date. Registration is the actual process of enrolling your child (ren) in school for the upcoming year. Registration paperwork was sent home on April 19th for returning students and future kindergartners who have siblings currently at Graham. Kindergarten packets are handled separately and contain the information pertinent to new student enrollment. Please complete the verification online along with the paperwork and return to the Graham School office by Friday, May 18th. Please remember you are able to pay your fees using Pushcoin as an option. You may also pay school fees with a check, cash or money order for the exact amount.

Please see the attached letter and form if you would like to share information with me regarding your student’s placement for next year. Please remember we will not be able to honor specific teacher requests, nor consider social factors, such as a best friend or the amount of friends your child will have in the new classroom.

Graham School and the Graham PTA would like to invite you to participate in our first Graham Round Table discussion. On Friday, April 27 from 9:30-10:30am, we will be hosting an event that fosters open conversations between our Graham Teachers and Graham Families.
We are looking for parents willing to engage in active conversation with our teachers during this hour that will help build our Graham Community and bridge communication between School and Home.
If you are interested in participating in this event, or would like more information, please reach out to Ms. Walton, Principal or Mrs. Chen, PTA President for more information and details.
Reminders and Requests:
•Due to our new security system in place, we utilize the Raptor System to sign volunteers and other visitors into our building. Please remember to bring in your driver’s license, as you will be asked for it, if you are accessing the building where students are located. Thank you for your continued understanding and support of this safety measure.
•There are several items in the Lost and Found collection that are looking for ‘home’. If your child is missing an item, please feel free to come and look through the items. (We will be donating any unclaimed items after the school year is completed.)
•When calling in your child’s attendance or late arrival, please call the absent line 630-428-6900, option 3.
•Please remember to include your child’s name and classroom teacher on a sticky note, when dropping off a forgotten item or bringing in lunch.
Friday, April 27th is a non-attendance day for all District #204 students. I hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable three-day weekend.
For planning purposes, please remember the last day of school, June 1st, is a full day of classes for elementary students.
