Principal's Message on Student, May 10, 2018
Reported by firstname.lastname@example.org on 5/10/18
The following phone message was sent to Neuqua Valley High School parents on May 10, 2018:
This is principal Bob McBride calling with an important message for Neuqua Valley parents. I want to let you know about an incident that occurred at school. We received information last week that one of our students made a poor decision and brought several knives to school. We immediately contacted the Naperville police department and confirmed that the student did have knives in his locker. Please know, at no time were any of our students or staff threatened or in any danger. District 204 takes this situation very seriously. The student was immediately removed from Neuqua Valley and will not be returning to school. We appreciate the work of the Naperville Police department in keeping our school safe. Thank you for your continued support.
School officials will not be providing further details. The police department's press release is available at the link below.
