Come and support Brooks Elementary School and the Waubonsie Valley Warriors by participating in a fundraiser. Kelsey B. from Ms. Morgan’s 5th grade class would like to help raise money for Mrs. Barrett and Mr. Persson so that they can purchase more instruments and new gym equipment. Kelsey’s family is making noisemaker/shaker bottles decorated in the Warrior colors (green, gold, and white). The shakers can be used at all sporting activities to cheer our school on to victory. The Bottles can be purchased for $1.00 at the next home game Friday September 22 @ 5pm until half time of the varsity game. The money earned will be shared between Brooks Elementary and the WVHS athletic boosters. Plus, Mr. Younce will match the dollar amount that Kelsey earns for Brooks. This is a great opportunity for our schools to show their cooperating support for each other. Remember most of you will be Warriors in the future!! Hope to see you there supporting your school Because Brooks Tigers are true Warriors at heart!! |
