During the week of May 5, we will host our fourth annual Spring Book Fair in the Owen LMC. •Set-up will occur on Friday afternoon, May 2. •Preview days for the boys and girls will be on Monday, May 5 and Tuesday, May 6. At that time they will create a wish list of books they would like to purchase. After the children browse the book fair, they will receive a note to take home that explains payment by check and calculating taxes. •Students will have an opportunity to purchase books at the fair on Wednesday, May 7 or Thursday, May 8. •Parents may visit the fair to shop during school hours on these days. Students will not be pulled from class to shop with their parents. •The book fair will also be open for shopping on the evening of May 8, during the fourth grade State Fair. •The fair will be packed up on Monday morning, May 12. If parents would like to volunteer to assist with set-up, browsing, sales, or packing up the fair at its conclusion, call us at 428-6770 or send an email to joe_stedman@ipsd.org.
