As you know, the safety of children is of great importance during arrival and dismissal times. In an effort to make the those times both safe and efficient, please familiarize yourself with the drop off/pick up procedures in the parent-student handbook. Your cooperation with these procedures allows us to ensure safe arrival and departure for all students. Parents are asked to fill out an Arrival & Dismissal Form stating travel arrangements for their child both to and from school. Your child will be classified as a walker, bus rider, daycare van, or parent pick-up. For the safety of children and their families during arrival and dismissal times, your cooperation is sincerely appreciated in helping alleviate some recurring concerns that have been reported and observed: * Please use the marked crosswalks for crossing the street. * Pick up and drop car riders off in the circle drive. * Bruce Lane is a two way street that prohibits u-turns. * The crossing guard's stop sign is a legal stop sign. * Be alert for the stop sign on school busses and stop when it is out.
