While many of us realize how truly blessed and fortunate we are, we sometimes lose sight of those in need. Therefore, in conjunction with the theme of giving during this upcoming Thanksgiving season, we will be holding a "Coin Drive" from Tuesday, October 27th through Monday, November 9th here at Graham School. The children will be invited to bring loose change/coins to school to place in the classroom collection containers. The proceeds collected in each classroom will be used to purchase Market Day products for the Loaves & Fishes Community Pantry that provides food and many services to those in need. This is a voluntary activity, there will be no grade level contests or rewards involved. Please encourage your children to contribute to this worthy cause to promote the theme of giving. Your generosity is truly appreciated. |
