| Grade 5 Students to Hold Vocal Chorus Concert | ||

The fifth grade classes invite you to join their annual Fifth Grade Concert on Wednesday, December 9th, 2009 at 9:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. in the school gymnasium. The students have been working very hard to prepare a variety of music. We will not be issuing tickets for the evening concert this year, but please keep in mind that the students will be performing in the aisles during part of the concert, so the audience will need to be seated. Consider bringing younger children to the morning concert since there will be more space available at 9:30. GENERAL INFORMATION DRESS: Students should wear concert attire. A nice shirt and slacks are fine. Girls are welcome to wear dresses, but they will be dancing at various points during the concert. Please do not wear jeans or gym shoes. ARRIVAL: Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. and ALL FIFTH GRADERS SHOULD ARRIVE AT THAT TIME using the main entrance doors near the flagpole. They should go to their respective classrooms where their teachers will be waiting for them. Parents should go directly to the gymnasium. PLEASE NOTE********************** All children will return to their classroom after the program and wait for their parents to pick them up. Please discuss this arrangement with your child. Thank you very much for preparing and supporting your child in their musical endeavors. The children have been working very hard to prepare this concert and each child plays an important role in the concert.
