HEART RATE MONITOR STRAPS The Hill Middle School Physical Education Department will again incorporate the use of heart rate monitors in a variety of activities. This is a great way for students and teachers to monitor and assess individual and group progress in many different fitness activities. The Physical Education Department is requesting any student who presently does not own a personal heart rate monitor strap order one now. These are the straps that hold the transmitter near your heart .The purpose of owning your own strap is twofold; one for personal hygiene, and two, is classroom management. Having your own strap allows more time for activity and less time spent adjusting the strap everyday. To order a strap, please see the attached order form. |
