The district is operating course web pages from a server powered by Blackboard. Teachers at all levels and administrative departments can have Blackboard "courses". Students are enrolled in the courses where they can check homework, download course documents, and send email if they have parent-approved email accounts.

You are welcome to visit any course that has been opened to "guests. To reach the server:

• Go to the District 204 Blackboard server
• Click on the "login" button
• Click on the "preview" button

Clicking on the "Course Catalog" button will enable you to drill down to the school and classroom you want. If you don't see your school, grade or particular classroom, please contact the school or teacher directly.

(AOL users should note that the AOL browser does not connect well with Blackboard. Use Netscape or Internet Explorer rather than the AOL browser. Contact AOL for details.)
