Student Driving & Parking Privileges

Neuqua Valley (NVHS) and Waubonsie Valley (WVHS) students who wish to drive their car to school must have a valid Illinois driver's license and submit an application for a parking permit to the High School Administrative Office.  At Waubonsie, only seniors and those enrolled in our authorized school work/study or off-campus classes may park at school.  Parking will be on a first come basis.  Driving rules and regulations are printed on the application.  A student receiving this privilege is expected to drive in a safe manner at all times and to park his/her car in the designated student lot.  Permit stickers must be displayed in the designated spot. Loitering is not allowed in the lot.  Students may not go to their cars during the school day.  Students who drive without a permit or violate parking regulations will be warned and have their cars towed at their own expense.

NVHS and WVHS are self-park facilities.  Cars parked at these facilities are at the owner's risk.  NVHS and WVHS are not responsible, nor do they assume any liability for any damage caused by fire, theft, casualty, or any other cause whatsoever with respect to any car (or its contents) parked at NVHS or WVHS.
