The purpose of this confidential tip form is to enhance the overall safety and security of the Indian Prairie school community. Anyone who has a legitimate and genuine concern may contact a building principal by phone or email or use this form to submit the concern confidentially. We realize that sometimes it may be difficult for an individual to personally address a concern; we feel this online form may simplify the process.

Efforts will be placed on confidentiality, and all concerns will be investigated in a timely manner. Whether your concern is regarding an incident that has already happened or one that is about to take place, please submit your concern and let us investigate it. Tips may include, but are not limited to, fights or assaults, use or sale of drugs, weapons, domestic violence, or any crimes against children.
