Become a school volunteer

You can make a significant impact by volunteering in our schools. Your unique skills and experiences will help our students succeed. Whether you prefer a set schedule or occasional opportunities, there’s a role for you.

Ways you can help:

There are a wide range of volunteer opportunities, with multiple options available at each school. Opportunities include roles with Boosters, Fine Arts, LMC, PTA, and IPPC, ensuring a perfect fit for every volunteer. No matter where your interests lie, there's a way for you to get involved and make a difference for kids.

How to get started:

  1. The first step is to complete the consent form, which you will need to save and upload to your application. Use the links to select the consent form you prefer here: English or Español. When you click on the link, a new window will open with the document. In the new window, click the download button (pictured below). Fill out the form and save it on your computer.

The image shows a black background with a red-bordered button labeled "Download" and a "Share" button in the bottom right corner.
  2. After you have completed the consent form, complete the application: Go to the online application to fill in more information and upload your consent form: English or Español.
  3. The district will then approve your application, deny your application, or ask for more information. After submitting your application for review, you will receive an email informing you of your approval status or if additional information is needed.
  4. Once your application is approved, contact your school to volunteer! Once your application is approved, you will work with the building or school organization on any volunteer opportunities that are available.
