Building Rental Information

2026-2027 Building Rental Information

As we transition to our new reservation system, we are currently only accepting registrations from returning renters who are requesting the same facility, day(s), and time(s) they reserved AND used last year (25-26). This approach will help ensure a smooth and accurate transition during the renewal process.

Requests for new facilities, different days or times, as well as registrations from new renters, will be considered based on space availability after the renewal period ends. Any remaining availability will be considered at that time. 

 

New Facility Scheduling System For Building Rentals

To make requesting and managing facility rentals easier, Indian Prairie School District 204 is now using Follett Facility Schedules for all facility rental requests.

All outside organizations must create an account before submitting facility requests. Once your account has been approved, you can submit requests for your desired dates and times through the online system.

During our initial rollout, returning renters will be able to request the same days and times they used during the previous year. After returning renters have had an opportunity to submit their requests, the schedule will open for new rental requests.

Getting Started

  1. Create your account using the online registration link.
  2. Watch the short tutorial video to learn how to submit a request.
  3. After your account is approved, begin entering your facility requests.

Register for a New Account

All facility use requests are completed online. The first step needed to make an online facility use request is to create a user account. You can do so by clicking the Register icon below. Be sure to complete all information fields and then click the submit button. If your registration was successful you will receive an e-mail confirmation. The video and Quick Start Guide below will provide additional information.

Log-in and Reserve

Once your account is created you can start making facility reservations. Click the Log in icon below. The video and Quick Start Guide below will further explain the reservation process.
