Restorative Practices Certified Trainers

Restorative Practices Certified Trainers

In May 2024, fifteen educators from District 204, who are passionate about restorative practices, completed a certification program with Dr. Dominique Smith and became certified trainers of restorative practices. These educators, representing a diverse cross-section of roles and backgrounds within the district, are now working on creating resources for professional learning in various areas, including restorative culture, restorative conversations, restorative circles, formal restorative conferences, and more. Their training involved integrating restorative practices into the iMTSS model and other current practices within our district's schools.

If you're unsure who to contact, Tania Moneim can help connect you to the appropriate resources and trainers.
