We are excited to begin AP Exams next week here at Waubonsie Valley. Please review the important information below to ensure a smooth and successful testing experience:

AP Exam Check-In Times:
Morning Exams: Check-in begins at 7:25 AM. Exams start promptly at 8:00 AM. 
Afternoon Exams: Check-in begins at approximately 11:45 AM (after 5th period). Exams start promptly at 12:00 PM.
Students must arrive at check-in to find their seats and begin the pre-testing instructions. Students will not be admitted late to the exam. Pre-testing activities will begin immediately after check-in.

What to Bring:
A fully charged Chromebook and charger (all exams are digital this year)
Several No. 2 pencils (non-mechanical)
Blue or black pens
An approved calculator (for applicable exams)
Your student ID or other form of photo ID
A water bottle (clear and label-free)
A small snack for the break (optional – must remain in your bag)

College Board Account:
Please verify that you can log into your College Board account before exam day. Students need to know their username and password associated with their MyAP account. This will ensure you have no issues logging into the Bluebook app on test day. Remember all exams require a Chromebook this year. Students will not be able to test without access to their College Board accounts. Visit myap.collegeboard.org to check your account and verify username/password.

School Day Attendance Expectations:
Students are expected to attend all classes outside of their AP exam times.
Secretaries will code students as excused/testing for the periods they are in the AP testing room.  
Students missing their lunch period due to an exam should eat during 6th period for morning exams or 4th period for afternoon exams. 

Absences During Exams:
If a student is absent for a scheduled AP Exam, documentation of the absence (e.g., doctor’s note) will be required. Please note: Late testing is subject to College Board approval. A late testing or proctoring fee may apply pending documentation review. Refunds are no longer available for canceled or missed exams.
