MEET AND GREET ICE CREAM SOCIAL
After meeting your child’s teacher on Monday, come out to the blacktop for DQ Dilly Bars and freeze pops. Say hello and learn more about ways to be involved in the PTA. We’ll have membership forms ready!
BACK-TO-SCHOOL PICNIC
Our Back-to-School Picnic is next Friday, August 25th. From 5:30-7:00pm, we’ll be kicking off the school year with face painting, KONA Ice Truck, Rocco’s Pizza and more!
Order your pizza in advance through our Memberhub store: https://clowpta.memberhub.com/store We will have an extremely limited number of on-site pizza slices for sale that day. PTA MEETING
Save the date for our first PTA meeting of the year, Wednesday, September 6 at 6:00pm. We’ll discuss plans for the year, and vote on this year’s budget. Hope to see you there!
JOIN THE PTA
The PTA is hard at work starting to plan for the 2023-2024 school year, and we can’t do it without you! Joining does not automatically sign you up to volunteer (although we can certainly use the help). The PTA works to create family events, enrichment opportunities for students, support for our teachers, and much more. Sign up in the MemberHub store, or by turning in the form from our website with your dues payment to the front office.
BUSINESS SPONSORSHIPS - LAST CALL!
The PTA is hoping to partner with local businesses to sponsor our PTA events and activities. Sponsorship incentives vary depending on donation level, but include advertising opportunities in our directory and on field day shirts. Details can be found on our SPONSORSHIP tab of the PTA website, with any questions directed to Katie Mayle at katiemayle@gmail.com
SCHOOL SUPPLY KITS
If you did not pick up your supply kits last Tuesday, please visit Clow from 8am-4pm any day this week. Please reach out to Magen Rameau (magenrameau@gmail.com) for any questions regarding your order.
KINDERGARTEN PLAYDATE
Kindergarten families, mark your calendars for Tuesday, August 29th. We’ll be hosting a Kindergarten playdate on the NEW playground from 6:00-7:00pm. Come meet your child’s new classmates and other families from the Clow graduating class of 2029.
