PTA Membership
PTA is here to support ALL students and teachers at Fry by helping to offset costs for important educational resources, as well as providing opportunities for students to expand their horizons (Science Fair, Talent Show, Jr. Great Books, etc) and socialize with their peers (meet and greet ice cream social, Bingo night, holiday classroom parties, 5th grade send off, etc).

Coat Drive
The Indian Prairie Parents’ Council is once again hosting their annual winter coat drive to benefit District 204 students and families in need. This program gathers new and gently used clean winter coats and accessories (including boots, snow pants, hats, scarves and mittens) that will be offered at no cost to families in need. Students and parents are encouraged to bring their gently used or new donated items to their school between September 11 - 22. Collection boxes will be available in the entrance of each school.
All district families are welcome to browse and select winter items for themselves or someone in need on Friday September 29 from 4 - 6 PM at McCarty Elementary in the gymnasium, please enter through Door #1. Foxtober
Foxtober is right around the corner!
Foxtober is a month full of fun, spreading acts of kindness, and fundraising for our school. We also focus on keeping our Foxes active and providing opportunities for our students to work together to build a community and showing their school spirit.
The students will be participating in activities throughout the month of October to go along with each weekly theme. They will also have opportunities to earn raffle tickets to win prizes. This is our 1st Big Fundraiser of the school year! With your help, the PTA will continue to provide educational and social/emotional resources for our Fry Foxes, as well as items to improve Fry School. Together WE can make a difference!
Save-the-Date: Friday, October 20th will be our Foxtober Obstacle Course.
Make sure to purchase this year’s Foxtober T-Shirt. Orders are due Thursday, October 5th (see attachement)! T-shirts will be delivered in time for our Obstacle Course Day!!!
