STEAM Day

Today is Fry STEAM Day! Students will be participating in mini courses focused on Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math…in many cases, more than one of these areas! Thank you to Mrs. Gerdisch for planning and organizing STEAM Day, and huge thanks to the Fry PTA for funding this exciting day for all students! Be sure to ask your student about their STEAM Day session!

 

Student Class Placement for 25-26

In May staff will begin the process of drafting class lists for the coming school year.  If you wish to share unique information about your child as part of this process, please complete the form linked below.  This is completely optional, as teachers will share extensive information as part of the process.  Please note, the form will only be open through April 28th.

Smencil Sale

Fry’s student organization Freddy’s Volunteer Team will be holding a Smencil (a fun scented pencil) Sale fundraiser next week.  April 21-25 students will be able to purchase Smencils in the morning.  Each Smencil is $1 and 2 scents will be available each day.     If your child will be purchasing, please try to send $1 bills to make the sale quick and easy!

 

 

Biker/Walker Reminders

With the (hopefully!) nicer weather upon us, a few reminders for AM/PM arrival/dismissal.

Students should not arrive at school before 8:50. There is no supervision before school. Doors open at 8:50 (9:00 on Wednesday).

Students riding bikes should park them at the bike rack. Bikes should be walked on school property.

Staff do not provide supervision after 3:35. After school, students need to leave the school grounds and go home, unless a parent is with them to supervise play.

 

Forgotten Item Drop-off

Forgotten items (Chromebook, lunch, folder, etc.) may be dropped off on the cart outside of door #1 before 11:00 daily. We do not accept drop-off items after 11:00. Thank you!

 

Kindergarten Pre-Registration

We are now taking information for pre-registration for fall 2025 kindergarten! If you have a child who will be attending kindergarten, please complete the information using the link below. The age requirement is that students are 5 years old on or before Sept. 1^st.
