Summer Guidance Department Availability

School counselor’s last day for this school year is June 6th.  They are expected to return in August at which time they will be available for questions and registration.  For counselor assignment and contact information, please click here.    

Report Cards 

Report cards will be available beginning June 7th in StudentVue and ParentVue. You can access Semester 2 report cards by selecting “Report Card” from the menu option. Please remember to change the view to Semester 2 at the top of the page next to Student Grades.

Class of 2024: Final Transcripts and Reminders

Congratulations to our graduates! Final transcripts will be sent to the school indicated by the student in SchooLinks starting June 5th.  Any additional transcript requests must be submitted through Parchment. Parchment can be accessed by clicking here or by going to www.nvhsguidance.com and clicking on Transcript Request. 

Starting July 1st, students from the Class of 2024 will no longer have access to email, SchooLinks, Google Drive or any other school related accounts.  Please make sure to download or save any information you would like to keep.  For directions on how to save information from your Google Drive click here.  For directions on how to save your Adobe content click here. 

SchooLinks

For the Class of 2025 and 2026, students are encouraged to access SchooLinks to begin their research on careers and colleges. Every student has an account and can access SchooLinks by signing into their SSO and searching SchooLinks.

Class of 2025: College Application Processing and Transcripts

The Class House of 2025 will accept college applications and transcript requests beginning September for college acceptance in Fall of 2026. Please understand we are not staffed to process applications during the summer months. Detailed information about the college application process will be available for students and parents at Senior College Information Night Thursday, August 29th.  

Class Schedules for 2024-2025 School Year

The window to request course changes for next year closed May 24th. The Guidance Department will be working to prepare final schedules for the 2024-2025 school year. Look for an announcement in August about obtaining your finalized schedule.

Registration for 2024-2025 School Year

All student registrations for the 2024-2025 school year will be processed online. The registration portal became available on May 1st. For information about registration or to register your student please go to IPSD 204: Registration.

If you are new to District 204 and need information about enrolling, please visit our district website for instructions on how to enroll your student(s).
