    Indian Prairie School District 204 values the privacy of its students and employees. Education data is key in the support of student success and school improvement. The District has practices and procedures in place to safeguard the data entrusted to its safekeeping. The District encourages its students, parents and employees to become educated on the issues of data privacy and security.

    How is Data Used?

    Teachers need data to understand when students are succeeding or when more support is needed to reach learning goals. Parents and guardians need access to educational data to help their children succeed. Students need data on their educational progress so they can make informed decisions about program choices in preparation for success. School officials and community members need data to understand school performance and for the fair and equitable allocation of educational resources.
