PTA Newsletter 2/20/24

Hello Graham Families!

We hope everyone had a fun, restful long weekend! THANK YOU to all the parent volunteers who helped out at the Friendship Parties last week. The kids had a blast playing games, exchanging valentines, and having fun with their classmates!

Do you have or know an incoming kindergartener for the 2024-25 school year? Please help us spread the word! Kindergarten Preview Night is scheduled for Tuesday, April 23 from 6:00-7:00 pm. Our Future Falcons Storytime has been scheduled for Friday, May 3 from 1:30-2:00 pm.

Here is what’s going on with the PTA these next few weeks. Be sure to read until the end, as we have a lot going on!

Have you ever thought about getting more involved with the Graham PTA? Are you a natural leader? The role of PTA President is open for the 2024-2025 school year as Becky Thorn’s two year term is coming to an end. The position is a management-type role that involves overseeing the PTA executive board, communicating with the principal on PTA initiatives, leading monthly general PTA meetings (virtual), attending monthly PTA board meetings (in-person and virtual), and writing the semimonthly PTA Newsletters. Please reach out to with any interest or questions. Voting in the new executive board slate will take place at the April general PTA meeting.

Attention graduating 5th grade families! The PTSA is also looking for individuals who may be interested in taking on the role of either Crone PTSA President or Co-Vice President for the 2024-2025 school year. To express interest in becoming a liaison for Crone, taking on a Board position, or learning more, e-mail
