We had a great turn out for our annual Ice Cream Social. Many popsicles and ice cream pops were enjoyed by our May Watts community. 

 

If you haven't signed up to be a PTA member, don't delay! Your PTA dollars translates to money being raised for our student and teacher programs, volunteering your time, or showing up to support the students like the Ice Cream Social, means a lot to our community. We are the PTA because of you!

PTA Membership

 

Room Parents:

 

It's that time of year again where we are looking for volunteers to be Room Parents.  Room parent duties may include:  coordinating volunteers for the classroom parties, organizing teacher gifts, and possibly other volunteer opportunities as needed by the teacher.  There will be a required room parent meeting to review the responsibilities once volunteers are assigned.

 

We are still in need of Room Parents for the following classes:

Kindergarten Thomas

Kindergarten Wolnik

1st Giarrante

4th Anderson

5th Binkley

5th DeNev

May Watts Spirit Wear Contest:

May Watts needs your help designing a new 2023 school spirit t-shirt. So grab your favorite markers, crayons, colored pencils or paint and show us your Wolverine pride and creativity!

 

The winning student will receive a May Watts Spirit Wear package as well as having their

Next PTA Meeting: 

 

We are excited to announce our first May Watts PTA General Meeting, and we want you to mark your calendars and save the date!

 

Date: September 26th

Time: 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM

Location: May Watts LMC

 

This meeting will be a fantastic opportunity for you to connect with other parents, learn about the exciting events and initiatives we have in store, and receive updates directly from Mrs. Kempski about all the wonderful happenings at school. We believe that your active participation can make a real difference, and your presence at this meeting will be greatly appreciated. To make the evening even more enjoyable, light refreshments will be served.
