    Kindergarten - Grade 2

    • Fundamental Motor Skills & Patterns - run, jump, hop, skip, gallop, slide, throw, catch, kick, and strike
    • Body Awareness/Body Control - body parts, shapes, directions, levels, pathways, force, stunts, and tumbling
    • Physical Fitness - pre- and post-testing and basic concepts
    • Rhythms & Dance - moving to even/uneven beat, folk dance
    • Lead-Up Games - cooperation, team concept, sportsmanship, skill development

    Grades 3 - 5

    • Team Sports - skills, rules, strategy, teamwork, and sportsmanship
    • Human Anatomy/Body Control - bones, muscles, vital organs, and circulatory system/stunts & tumbling
    • Physical Fitness - testing/exercise physiology concepts
    • Rhythms & Dance - square, line, country/western dance
    • Lead-Up Games - teamwork, sportsmanship, continued skill development
