• 25-26  Parking permits will be available to Seniors and Juniors only.

    (Sophomores can apply for parking at Our Lady of Mercy – Information and application available shortly on their website.) 
    SOPHOMORES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PARK IN THE WAUBONSIE VALLEY LOT.

    Applications will be handled online again this year via a Google form (see link at bottom of page).  Students will need to use their IPSD email address and Google account to login and complete. The Google form is set to automatically send a copy of your responses to your student’s IPSD email address.  If you do not receive this email, your application has not been submitted.  

    Please have scans or pictures of the following documents available before beginning the application:

    • -Valid driver's license for student.
    • -Valid and up-to-date insurance coverage (for vehicle to be parked on campus).
    • -Completed Consent Form signed by student driver(s) and parent/guardian. (Both sections must have signatures)

    Proof will need to be legibly uploaded for all documentation requested; OTHERWISE, your request for a parking permit will not be accepted and you may lose your spot in the processing que.

    Please remember, all school fees/fines must be paid in full, including the 25-26 registration fee, to qualify for a parking permit and any overdue textbooks must be returned or paid for.  Please pay any school fees/fines through PushCoin as soon as possible to ensure that your account is up-to-date when your application is processed.

    Important Reminder: All applications will be reviewed for 4th quarter chronic absenteeism before a parking permit is issued. Students flagged for excessive absences will be required to complete an attendance review process prior to being approved for a permit.

    The application link -- located at the bottom of this page -- will go live beginning Monday, 7/28/25  at 10 am for Seniors only.  (This means you will not be able to submit an application prior to this date/time.)

    Juniors will be allowed to submit an application beginning Monday, 8/4/25 at  10 am.   (Please do not start your application prior to 10 am as the option for Juniors will not be available before then.) Applications will be processed on a first come, first serve basis until the permits are sold out.  

    Applications received by noon on Thursday, 8/7/25, will be processed for pick up on your students scheduled Readiness Day provided your application was complete and all fees were paid at the time of submission.  Applications received after August 7, 2025, will be available for pickup in the Pride House from 8:00 to 11:00 am. and 1:30 to 3:00 pm.  Once school begins, please pick up during your lunch period.  After that, permits will be available for pickup in the Pride House two business days after submission of your application, again provided that your application was complete and all fees are paid.
