Indian Prairie School District 204 has received outstanding credit ratings from both Moody’s Ratings and S&P Global Ratings for its $151.1 million General Obligation School Building Bonds, Series 2025.

Indian Prairie School District 204 (abbreviated IPSD) serves roughly 26,000 students from the Illinois communities of Aurora, Bolingbrook, Plainfield and Naperville, in DuPage and Will counties. Currently, one preschool, twenty-one elementary schools, seven middle schools, three high schools, one alternative high school, and one transition program are in the district. There are thirty-three District 204 schools in Naperville and Aurora and one in Bolingbrook.
