2022-2023 Elective Course Change Request at Waubonsie Valley
Beginning 7am on Monday May 16th through 3pm on Friday May 27th students can submit a request to change their elective courses. (https://forms.gle/ppN88M4jXBRC5G2a6).
Requests via email or phone will not be accepted. Please note that if you are dropping a full-year course, then your replacement should fill two semesters. Requests for level changes will not be accepted by school counselors.
Submitted elective change requests will be processed on a SEAT-AVAILABLE basis and are not guaranteed.
Level placements in core classes will not be part of the change request. If there is an academic level concern or an extenuating circumstance, parents should reach out to the high school Department chairs. Department chair contact information can be found on the Faculty & Staff section of the WVHS website.
The deadline to complete and submit the elective course request form is 3pm on Friday, May 27th, 2022. Please know that requests are not guaranteed as they will depend on course and seat availability.
