December 2024 Bond Issuance 

The District completed the first bond sale of referendum bonds on December 3, 2024.  The timing, amount, and structure of the bonds were consistent with the plan of finance presented to the Board of Education in October, 2024.

Moody’s investor services rated the bonds AA+.  The bonds were competitively bid and received strong interest in the municipal market, with ten underwriters bidding on the bonds.  The true interest cost of the bonds were 2.92%, below the expected rate of 3.33%.
